These recipes are really no fuss and simple to do

I am always skeptical about buying products online, that I can't touch and look through. I'm also a little skeptical about product reviews, whether or not they might be planted by the seller. So if you're like me, then rest assured this is a fabulous cookbook and chalked full of delicious recipes. I don't know if I would be able to do this diet without it! Like the previous comments, the food list is very limited and a person would burn out fast, if they didn't make them appetizing.

This cookbook adds spice and flavor in every dish. I don't feel deprived of eating delicious food, because I am. I also want to mention, not to be intimidated with the word "Gourmet", in the title. You can buy all the ingredients at your local supermarket.

These recipes are really no fuss and simple to make. Trust me, I hate to cook and this cookbook has made the task more enjoyable. I really can't say enough positive things about the cookbook. Even my daughter, who is the pickiest of eaters, wants to eat what I make from the cookbook. It really is a essential staple, if you're doing the HCG diet. Thank you, JM Peddington for making this cookbook, I'm anxiously awaiting for your second book to come out.

This book contains proven steps and strategies

This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to understand the basics of the HCG diet and how it can help you in losing weight. It contains a list of the allowed foods that you can turn into a variety of recipes and other vital information about the diet that will help you, especially in the beginning of the process.

Cook each tortilla by frying them one by one in a pan with hot oil over medium or high fire. Make sure that both sides of the tortillas are fried for around one minute or until it has become crispy. It is ideal to cook this recipe using a deep fryer. But if you do not have a deep fryer, you can simply a medium-sized frying pan with around ¾ cup of oil. If you will use a deep fryer, follow the instructions that come with the fryer.

This book offers more than 50 recipes with ingredients that are easy to find and simple instructions suitable for beginners or pros. The recipes are divided into categories, such as salads and appetizers, soups, vegetable, chicken, beef, seafood, desserts, and beverages. I bought this audiobook since I'm going on a diet

I ordered several cookbooks for the HCG protocol and found the rest were a waste of my money compared to this one!
Great recipes to help guide you through an otherwise boring food plan!

Have done HCG for several years and spent fun times in the kitchen working with the restrictions the diet puts in front of you. This book is exceptionally creative it has become my Su Chef. I have made recipes all from this book throughout my 30 day journey.

I forgot the hard copy at home and had to download the digital copy. Great recipes and easy to make. I bought this audiobook since I'm going on the HCG diet.
This book is great and the recipes are so simple even I can fix them very happy I ordered it. I highly recommend it!

This was a real good book

This was a real good book with many, many wonderful recipes & helpful giving some very explicit explanations about the HCG diet itself. Using the wonderful different recipes helped me not to get bored with my daily meals.

Highly recommend it to anyone

This time around was the second time my friend and I went on the HCG diet. We had great results the first time, were easily able to keep it off, and were ready to lose some more. I'm incredibly lucky that my friend is a chef and was willing to prepare all our meals but faced with a second round, we were ready to try something new. This cookbook is incredible. She did an amazingly creative job the first time around but even she said, this book really helped her think outside of the box. Tons of great information, well organized and thorough. Even after the diet, this book will be a staple in my kitchen. Highly recommend it to anyone wanted to try the HCG diet but worried about the dietary restrictions - you won't feel like you're missing out with this book!

Great book for everyone.

Although this is not the easiest "diet" to begin, once you get the hang of it and keep with the protocol, you will lose weight. If you are someone that is carb sensitive and are addicted to sugar, this may be a good read for you that will change the way you think about food. It has for me.
You can also visit the Inside/Out website for more information or if you're interested in buying any of their products to assist you with starting this protocol. I have done the original hcg diet once with good success but the second time there were issues with the product and I did not do well.
A friend recommended this book and I have to say Mr. JM Peddington covers all of the items I found challenging before. My friend did very well on this protocol and I am looking forward to beginning it very soon.

Amazing HCG Diet cookbook

Great alternative to the super strict out dated op. It’s a game changer for me since I have done Keto and it was super hard without HCG but this makes it all applicable and easy to change up. Would have like some more daily meals and recipes but I found it elsewhere. I have lost on the original hcg protocol and was starved and irritable most of the time. I am excited to see new studies done to further this process. As the original diet is effective but very limited if you have food allergies etc. Worth the read and would purchase again!

I chose to review this audio book

I chose to review this audio book because I just started living with few carbohydrates, and it can be confusing. This audio book has addressed some of the problems related to learning a new lifestyle. A lot of information was learned about cooking. I find the recipes in this audio book easy to prepare and i can easily find the ingredients in my kitchen. The beginning of the audio book really breaks down a lot of information to help understand why and how to do right. This is a very useful diet audio book for the beginner's.This audio book will broaden your minds with various hygienic recipes and their importance so that you can easily handle while you enjoy.

This book is very informative with quick and satisfying vegetable dishes that will keep you nourished and full. I bought the audible version of HCG Diet Cookbook: op 50 Delicious Chinese-American HCG Diet Recipes. I was shocked at how engaging, informative, and easy to understand this book was. I have listened the entire book in one afternoon and felt many 'A-HA' moments as I listen.
I HIGHLY recommend that everyone read this. It is well worth the time and will really help you!!! Chapters on meals, including soups, salads, meats, and snacks and much more.

Honestly, this is a lot of food per sitting

This is a great book if you are starting the diet. You will need a kitchen scale to weigh your meats. 100 Grams is 3.5 oz.
His recipes are tasty, easy to prepare, and usually make two servings. Or you can double to have extra.
I eat one, put one in my container for next day.

All of the meals can be prepared ahead of time (I do mine on Sunday evenings) and put into those 2 compartment plastic containers and you basically can become your own diets to go.
Okay, the HCG is not the diet for everyone and the only people who I've met who have gained their weight back went right back to eating whatever they wanted. If you have the will power and determination to try this diet, buy this book ahead of time and plan around it.

It's easy enough to adjust the recipes (if you know how to cook or use Wolfram Alpha) to make multiple servings of these and honestly, this is a lot of food per sitting. It was also easy to modify these recipes as starting points for variations. Everything I have made, I have loved and often, the kids are hovering around asking what smells so good!

The HCG Diet is just what I needed

The HCG Diet is just what I needed. It is simple to follow and has a wide variety of recipes to keep it interesting. My whole family is enjoying it and now we each have our favorite dishes. Without this book I probably would have abandoned the HCG diet because it just got too complicated to create simple meals within the restrictions. The HCG Diet book will always be part of my recipe book library even after I reach my goal weight. Thank goodness for this book! I was so over eating the same thing over and over and this book is full of easy recipes that helped get me through and will continue to use after! I highly recommend it.

Great HCG diet

Mr. JM Peddington has brought HCG into the 21st century. Well written concise explanation on exactly how to incorporate HCG dieting into a custom plan for each individual. As well as transitioning into maintaining your weight in a sustainable way. My husband started the HCG diet 37 days ago and has lost 38.7 lbs so far. This book was recommended by our local doctor as he followed himself previously. This is a well written and informative book providing everything you need to know in order to understand and implement the HCG diet. Thank you for writing this book. Highly recommend.
