This was recommended to me by a YouTuber I watch. As I had my first ever surgery coming up, and was nervous about it, I thought I’d give it a go. LIFE. CHANGING. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed (bizarre word to use) the entire process. I cannot explain the effect this had on my mind but I would recommend this for anyone who is going to have surgery.
