highly recommend.

The beautiful voice really helps you to get in to a meditative state in all the meditations there is also so many to choose from and to keep it varied if you don't like to do the same one everyday, highly recommend.

all music and no help

every chapter is all music and no guided meditation at all... completely terrible. I have had better meditation for free.

not enough guidance

although the music was calming, I found the lack of talking for guidance on anxiety very frustrating and the repetition of phrases... didn't work for me, maybe for others. it's only chapter 3 and 8 that you need .. it's not 3hrs its about 2hr in total

Great to fall asleep listening to

I've listened to a lot of sleep learning tapes but this one really resonated with me. The soothing words finally broke through all of the inner walls and touched the Child within. Great to fall asleep listening to and waking up not hating life so much.

Pricey and mediocre

This guided meditation is poorly thought out. Nothing unique or carefully crafted about it. When the first and second sessions end the narrator reads copyright info. Repetitive, distracting. For me this is like getting into the zone in a yoga class and then having the someone’s phone ring in the middle of it. Definitely not worth paying for, imo

Not good at all

Can I get my credit back? This meditation is not good at all. Very disappointed actually made me not be a able to sleep. Ch 3, is where I had to turn it off. Her voice also is not soothing and soft.

I find the Narrator's voice grating.

I love the meditations themselves but something about Jan Lees voice/tempo is too fast and actually grates on my nerves. Others like her, so maybe it's just me. But especially for meditation I recommend listening to the Samples first... I really want to have someone else read these to me...

Overcome stress

Like a knock out pill

The one way how I can describe this audiobook is that it acts like a knock out pill for getting to sleep. The owner of this sleep meditation script "Mindfulness Meditation Academy", who's work i have listened to before always has this same high quality consistency.
