Calming

I could feel myself calming down and getting into a more peaceful state as I closed my eyes and listened to this sleep guided meditation audiobook just before bed.

Very good audio book

I have been looking for a guided sleep meditation book for a long time to help me on getting to sleep and the other books i have listened to all there narrators suck or the content does not work. But as for this one it is very soothing and gets me to sleep straight away.

Amazed

Wow, I'm amazed that this actually works when a freind tol me about this I thought they were kidding. But turns out this is like a life saver for getting your troubles out of your head and having a lovely sleep.

Fell asleep hella fast

It did not take long for the hypnosis to make me go to sleep, i was knocked out in record timing. I have started to use it frequently now.

Best sleep ever

Music in background

The music in the background ruins the whole experience. It’s too loud, sounds grainy and annoying. Can’t hear the guided meditation for it. Should have played light rain background or light classical type music.

Just tells why I have insomnia no meditation included tells you how to make rep for meditation I already know I have it and how to shut a tv off don’t waste your money
