Fell asleep in no time

I played it in the background as I was trying to get to sleep and it was easier than usual. If you follow along you'll be asleep in no time.

Phenomenal results

The results i got from listening to this audiobook are phenomenal not only do i sleep much more better now, but throughout the day due to having more sleep my colleagues say how much more energized i look.

So easy to fall asleep whenever I have this playing. Just a simple tool that requires nothing but earphones to get me to sleep. Once you Finnish this one i recommend you to get some more Absolute Peace's books.

The narrator’s voice was unbearable

I tried this for a week but I could not stand the narrator’s voice so gave up.

Terrible!

Robotic voice is just antagonising. Not sleep inducing at all. Much better available on YouTube. Don’t waste your money.

Sleeping better already

Since i have been listening to these meditation scripts my sleep has improved much more. As a whole i recommend this audiobook to everyone with sleeping issues.

Had superb results

The results i have had by listening to this amazingly constructed audiobook by Absolute Peace are superb. Firstly the narrator does a brilliant job on making sure you can dose off to sleep, then as for the script it is amazing.

useless, I could talk myself to sleep better . absolute nonsense. honestly. so disappointed. lying here wide awake after trying this for the third night. useless

Very helpful

It's such a helpful audiobook for getting to sleep. I did not have any trouble falling asleep while listening to this audible book; Overall as a whole Very soothing & very peaceful.

effing hate this.

I want something guided. no commentary. no editorial..just get me the fuck to sleep. DO NOT BUY THIS if you are like me and need something guided.

I have a hard time staying asleep, and meditation on my phone is helping me get back to sleep. I've used for about a week now, and have never stayed awake to the end. thank you for the extra hours of calm rest and sleep!

Great way for getting to sleep

Could not be more happier

After playing this sleep meditation audiobook for about a week now, i could not be more happier with the results i am getting from it. Not only has my sleep improved but me as a person feels more with it compared to how i use to be.

I'm very disappointed

this was terrible, here's how much it helped me sleep, I went to bed at 10 PM and it's now 1 AM. And this is after taking a sleeping pill. it's just relaxing music, which is great, but then all of a sudden she talks and it makes a flashing light in front of your closed eyes, that's what happens to me when I get scared. hopefully I can return it.

Fantastic

I find that the scripts included inside of this sleeping guided meditation bundle are top quality. I drift off to sleep so much more easier without my anxiety having an impact on me keeping me awake.

Writing in my sleep 😴

This relaxed me so much that it help me sleep and I like the voice of the narrator. It's a calming serene nice voice.

Well worth the credit

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and i must say that since i have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.
