Guided meditations were incredible

As the title says I thought the guided meditations were incredible and the best thing about this audiobook. The anxiety affirmations were alright but didn’t really work for me in the end. The guided meditations were clear and quite fascinating to experience. The book is really long as well so it was well worth the credit in my opinion.

Delightful

The narration and production to the audiobook was superb. The script must have been written by someone with a lot of experience as I was put into a relaxed and calm state almost straight away.

I now love mornings

I now wake up half an hour earlier before work and do my meditations in peace whilst the kids are sleep. A great way to start the day and focus on the day ahead.

A great way to unwind

Used this when I got home from work and it relaxed me so much where I would usually still be stressed from work. Great narration and the music is very relaxing! Enjoying meditating with this a lot

Impressive

Simple guide for beginners to meditation. Felt very relaxed when listening to the tape in my bed and could feel myself drifting off very quickly. It did exactly as it said it would so there are no complaints from me and I give it a 5 star.

Better than youtube videos

I normally listen to guided meditations on youtube but in my opinion this book is a lot better than the ones on there. I purchased to compare the two and the audible version goes into a lot more detail and just works a lot better overall with the calming music and narration.

A great meditation tape and worked as exactly like it said. The only down side I thought was that there was a lot of talking, sometimes I’ll be drifting off and then I would awoken again by the narrator. 4.5 out of 5 is a more accurate rating as it still helps me go to sleep.

Such a great book!

This audio book is good for getting to sleep real fast and very easily, This is a perfect audio book that may help you let go of the stress really easy.Meditation used to be a mystery for me but now with the help of this book meditation can be understood and applied.The Narrator has done an excellent job, the narrators voice is really calming and help you to relax instantly .

Relaxing and calming

This bundle has been a great way to unwind and relax. The guided meditations are easy and pretty straight forward. It is a nice way to start an evening or my morning. I enjoyed the accompanying music and really liked the narrations for very soothing performances.

Getting a good nights sleep

First time in a long time I’ve able to lie down and fall to sleep almost straight away. I was tired so that could have helped but I’ve been tired in the past and it still takes me at least an hour to fall asleep. Will be trying it again hopefully a good nights sleep, two nights in a row.
