I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The book offers affirming, peaceful messages about happiness, love, self-confidence, along with many other uplifting messages. I enjoyed the soft ambient music playing behind the amazing soft-spoken male narrator. I highly recommend this book.

Incredibly calming

This was pretty good. It made me feel relaxed and calm and I'm pretty glad that I listened to it! The narrator was spectacular, with the perfect voice for hypnosis and the ambient noise was incredibly calming. To me, it felt a bit like being underwater, where other noises are muted and everything is calm and you're alone, right before your lungs start burning and you have to resurface.

Anyone will be benefited!

Has helped me wind down a racing mind and fall into a deeper sleep. I would recommend for people who have a hard time switching their brains off from thinking and anxiety to get more restful sleep and positive thinking.

I love this! I usually began my mornings with a mental list of things I needed to get accomplished that day. A cup of stress first thing in the morning. Awesome audible

This is the best money you will ever spend if you suffer from poor sleep or lack of. You have to listen to this every night. It can take a few nights or a week before you notice the full effect. Relax and just listen to it.

Great listen

I listen to this every so often when I need to for asleep at night. Then when I am sleeping ok again I stop. I have recommended this product to so many people and have guaranteed them it will work if they listen to it every night before they go to bed with earphones or in a quiet room where they are not disturbed. Like me, they were all willing to try it. Everyone did, and they have thanked me for telling them about this.

Best purchases

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have suffered from depression and anxiety in certain periods in the past. This has helped me where nothing else could sort out.I know that the most important thing a person needs when they suffer any mental illness is sleep deprivation. This will sort that out, guaranteed. I have tried so many other things and they all failed.

Amazing!

This audible sends me off to sleep really quickly. I have never yet heard the full audible through, I just fall asleep. It is incredible. If I wake in the night, I just switch it on again, and I fall asleep again. For me, it is amazing.

Lovely Voice



The best thing about this audiobook other than the script itself is the voice that is included, the narrator does a superb job using tones inside of her voice to get you feeling more relaxed.

It helps with meditating.


I often travel and suffer from jet lag a lot of the so often lack energy. I decided to get myself a copy of this highly recommended audiobook for possibly curing this problem. And man these other reviews were right it really does work I feel more energy boosted and did not wake up once in 5 minutes.

Great meditation experience while listening to this audiobook, it's been very useful and works well for me all the time. The other addition of this audiobook is just as good.
