I must say, this audio is amazing!

I am more of a chronic night owl than an insomniac, and I've tried many, many types of solutions that might help me unwind, fall asleep and keep on a schedule. I must say, this audio is amazing! Nothing I've tried has ever worked so well. I've had it a few weeks and have yet to make it all the way through without falling asleep! Even if I awaken in the night it will put me back to sleep. The more I listen to it the better it seems to work as I can actually "see" the visualizations now.

Asleep before the end

I have had sleep trouble for as long as I can remember. Last night I tried this guided meditation for the first time and I was asleep before the end! I appreciated the soothing background sounds as well as the calm gentle voice. I have tried other guided meditations but so far I like this one best.

Slept Like A Baby

I have been practicing yoga and meditation for about a year now and this 30 min program had me asleep within minutes. I do not even know how long I was even awake until the next thing I knew my alarm was going off at 5:30 am. I awoke so refresh and felt like I had a tremendous amount of energy as well

Helps You to Fall Asleep

I do not have problems with insomnia but getting my brain to switch to sleep mode can be a challenge and this completely helped me to do this. I will recommend this book to all. It really is enjoyable to listen to. The narrator has an excellent voice to lull you into a relaxed state.

Can't keep my eyes open.

I have listened to this book more than four times now. I would love to tell you how it ends, but I have no idea because I keep feeling asleep. The calm soothing vice of the narrator and the peaceful music allows the listener to peacefully fall asleep.

Insomnia must have...

Want to go to a peaceful, serene state of mind? This book can take you there. You just drift asleep to the smooth, relaxing sound of the narrator's voice and wake up totally refreshed. I not only thoroughly enjoyed this listen, but highly recommend it.

The Ultimate Sleep Meditation Works

This audiobook was fabulous! I began listening to it before I went to bed and it relaxed me totally. I then restarted it when I went to bed and got to the one on the beach and boom, I was out like a light. I had a great night's sleep and woke feeling rested and rejuvinated which was good. These meditations are so helpful in getting adequate rest and I'll be using this audiobook again. I can't rave about it enough. Loved it!

Puts me to sleep every night!

Puts me to sleep every night. I was desperate and this really does the trick. If I wake in the night I just start it up again and off I go.

I loved this CD. His voice is very soothing. I highly recommend this for those who have trouble going to sleep
