If you’ve always wanted your child to get good sleep but busy life and electronics keep them too active, then keep listening....
Are you sick and tired of your child (or children) staying awake in bed for hours? They can’t get to sleep and then don’t want to wake up.
Have you tried endless other solutions but nothing seems to work for more than a few weeks?
Do you finally want to say goodbye to sleepless kids and discover something that works for you? If so, then you’ve come to the right place.
You see, a good night’s sleep doesn’t have to be difficult.
Even if you’ve tried prescription medications and they failed to get results.
In fact, it’s easier than you think.
Harvard Medicine says mindfulness meditation evokes the relaxation response - a deep physiological shift in the body that’s the opposite of the stress response.
Stanford did a study with several other universities and found mindful meditation even helps with insomnia.
Which means your child can get the sleep they need without adding harmful chemicals to their body.
Here are some of the benefits your child will gain (parents too!):
- Getting to sleep faster and waking refreshed
- Experience deep relaxation and joy
- Learn to evoke the relaxation response
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Develop a better ability to focus
- Develop lifelong coping and emotional intelligence skills
- And much more…
Take a second to imagine how you’ll feel once your child is well-rested, and how your family and friends will react when your kids aren’t walking zombies.
So even if they never sleep peacefully, they can get to sleep with these guided meditation scripts.

very surprised at the effectiveness of this
this works surprisingly well for my 8yr old who has adhd and asperger's syndrome, he really loves the first meditation and after a bedtime story he snuggles down to listen to this fella's calming voice, I stay with him and it helps me relax to actually!

Causes nightmares not relaxed sleep in children
I downloaded for my 7 year old who is very used to guided meditations. Unfortunately the narrators voice is quite spooky (her words) / a little sinister (my words). I can see what he’s attempting to do however for this age range it was not a calming or reassuring voice at all. Whilst I am well versed in the hypnotic language and stories, for her she was distracted by trying to work out the flow of the content. This may work outside of the UK market and for older children however we’ll stick with ‘Relax Kids’ for now which I can’t recommend highly enough for younger children.
not worth the purchase
not calming at all. this was not a meditation more like a man just talking. very dissatisfied
