Explain well

The straightforward compassionate format illuminates so much of my path that I have not been able to move on from because I am trying to map it out and stay in it more than move along and let it go. Like the author points out, you do not need to bring the taxi onto the plane when traveling. Even writing this review is a kind of over mapping, so forgive the effort, because Exposed shows much to me that eliminates my distraction of desiring understanding. Thank you to the author, it feels wonderful to know you are.

This is a comprehensive book. There is a comprehensive discussion of spiritual knowledge here. This book can be realized on the basis of spiritual knowledge and enhanced mental strength, enhanced mental ability, and greater information about mind power and so on. This is a terrible book.

Absolutely loving the wonderful relaxing narration that flows all through my body while listening to these meditations and there's something for every emotion, Anger- Breathing Meditation, Stress- Loving kindness meditation etc, I can't recommend it enough!

Such relaxing meditations, my personal favorites are the Loving Kindness ones which once I'm finished make me feel like I have an aura of love radiating from me and I love it!

I really enjoyed these meditations.

I really enjoyed these meditations. Being new to meditation, I didnt know what to expect. The narrator is very helpful in guiding you through the practice in a calm manner. Very worth it!

Wonderful narrations and set of meditations

I see myself using this regularly. If you haven't meditated in a while and need a way to get back into it, I think this is a quick way to dip the feet in the water, and start getting them wet again! Eases you in effortlessly and so many meditations to choose from- there's no excuse not to make it a daily practice.
