Lot of ambient noise, very little guidance!

Very disappointed. I’ve used free apps that are better than this. There is very little structure, very little insight into the physical symptoms of anxiety and no sense of being guided deeper and deeper into a relaxed state. It’s basically very long sections of ambient sound with a few repetitive instructions. After 10 minutes I started to feel more anxious that I’d wasted my money!

Useless, did nothing

Minimal words, narrators voice was annoying, Did nothing to help. Did not even listen until the end.

Can listen to this audio book every night

Good prospective on how meditation doesn't have to take large chunks of time. The best thing is that this book is just arounf one hour long, so you can hear it every night before sleeping .
