Meditation for beginners

Great book!!!! The meditations toward the end of this book were tremendously helpful and I really felt at ease using the meditation for anxiety. I definitely recommend this book.

Guided meditation is a good way

Guided meditation is a good way to end a busy day, or start a busy day with a mindset of peace; this is the first meditation video I have followed and I found it an uncomplicated, pleasant experience, easy to follow for beginners.
