Do you know that every person has been endowed with 15 billion nerve cells since birth?

And despite the fact that during life we lose 1-2 billion cells, the number of remaining ones is still huge.

Every day we lose about 100,000 cells, which means our nervous strength and mental potential decrease.

I consider this book to be very important because it contains useful tips that you need to apply here and now.

Having analyzed all my correspondence and oral questions of patients, I highlighted the most burning topic.

Great for Group Work !!!

Calming !!!

Recently I decided to start meditating, as a new mum and continuously on the move, life has been feeling very hectic and nonstop, I had been wanting to start a class but because of the baby have not been able to commit, So I thought I would give a meditation audiobook a try. So far I have had really good experience and am feeling less stressed also I am able to undertake meditation so it fits with the family.

Excellent to use for sleep !!!

For me trying to sleep is very difficult, my mind races and goes over everything from that day. My sister is into meditation and told me about this book. The falling to sleep issue is resolving itself and I am being able to clear my mind a lot easier.

Narration and style work for me !!!

Fantastic Results !!!!

What a great book, I have been doing meditation for about six months now and have just started incorporated this book into my meditation routine, the results have been amazing. Listening to part of this in the morning makes me fully of energy and ready for the day.
