Perfect book for beginners! I have not done a lot of meditation but I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I am hoping to reduce my stress level. Although I just got the book, I am already seeing the benefits.

Must have for beginners

Great if you've tried meditation a thousand times and always found it frustrating. I like how this breaks meditation down into easy, clear steps. It made starting meditation less intimidating for me!

This is a practical guide for meditating.

I loved the breathing meditation. I felt so calm and relaxed afterwards. This is a practical guide for meditating. All those little questions that you feel stupid asking are covered in this book. Great and I recommend.
