I recommend the listening of this audio-book.

This is a great introduction to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All most everyone can benefit from CBT at some point in their life. It's easy to learn and very helpful in understanding yourself and those around you.

Very well decorated and organized audio-book

This audio-book is simple and straight forward. It's great that you can skip part if they don't pertain to what you're working on. I haven't finished it yet, but it's so far been very helpful. Worth checking out if you're working on yourself and want a clear-cut depiction of how to do it.

Amazing audio-book & highly recommended!

I felt that this audio-book did a good job discussing different behaviors and what they mean, how to process them and move on. I felt relieved after listening the section about intrusive thoughts. It's nice to know I'm not alone.

This is a helper audio-book to go along!

I loved this audio-book and it had good exercises for anxiety and depression but I also consider this with my therapist as a companion audio-book. To me this is a helper audio-book to go along with a good therapist to help monitor your progress.
