Keep kiddos thinking! I really enjoyed the concept of this audiobook with riddles that are clever and fun, and I love that they cover topics kids are naturally curious about, like dinosaurs, space, and animals. It's the kind of audiobook I'd happily put on during a car ride or share with the kids for a bit of fun. I especially like how it gets them thinking and guessing rather than just listening. A lovely mix of entertainment and learning!

The dinosaur section was the one I kept thinking about afterward. I expected familiar names, but the clues made me pause and sort out what I actually knew about these ancient creatures. That little gap between recognizing a clue and being sure of the answer is where the fun lives.

I also liked that the book doesn’t get bogged down in long explanations. It gives kids a quick challenge, then moves along, so it would work well for a short break or a longer trip. The three subjects give it a nice change of pace, though I’d have happily stayed with the prehistoric questions a bit longer.

I didn't expect the nature section to be the one I remembered most, but its weather and ocean clues gave me a few satisfying pauses. They made me think about familiar things in a new, quiz-like way.

The collection works well in short bursts. Each riddle has a clear little arc: listen, connect the clues, make a guess, then find out. I could see kids enjoying it together, especially when one person knows the answer and everyone else is still debating. The topics shift often enough that there’s always another kind of puzzle around the corner.

I got hooked when I realized I was trying to solve each riddle before the answer came, instead of just listening passively. The three-clue setup gives you a little time to connect the dots, and the mix of planets, prehistoric creatures, and everyday nature keeps the subjects changing before the game feels repetitive.
I also liked that a wrong guess still leaves you with a fact or idea to remember. It’s easy to dip into for a few riddles, though some clues were easier for me than others. This would be fun to share with a kid who likes figuring things out out loud.

I’d send this to my nephew, who can turn almost any car ride into a quiz about planets or prehistoric animals. The three clues give him a fair chance to figure things out, and there’s enough variety here that he can switch from space to nature when one topic loses his attention.

I like that the fun doesn’t depend on already knowing every answer. A wrong guess is still part of the game, and the short riddles make it easy to dip in for a few minutes or keep going. I can already picture us pausing to argue over a clue before the answer comes.
