Story
On account of the superficial points of agreement between Islam and Christianity, many don't see how tremendously deep the divides between them really are, and fewer still have considered the evidence for each faith. How is jihad different from the Crusades? Can we know the life of Jesus as well as the life of Muhammad? What reason is there to believe in one faith over the other, and what difference can the Gospel really make?

Here, for the first time, in his new book The Rage Against God, Peter Hitchens, brother of prominent atheist Christopher Hitchens, chronicles his personal journey through disbelief into a committed Christian faith. With unflinching openness and intellectual honesty, Hitchens describes the personal loss and philosophical curiosity that led him to burn his Bible at prep school and embrace atheism in its place. From there, he traces his experience as a journalist in Soviet Moscow and the critical observations that left him with more questions than answers.

Story
If we are to believe many modern commentators, science has squeezed God into a corner, killed and then buried him with its all-embracing explanations. Atheism, we are told, is the only intellectually tenable position, and any attempt to reintroduce God is likely to impede the progress of science. In this audiobook, John Lennox invites us to consider such claims very carefully. Is it really true, he asks, that everything in science points towards atheism? Has science buried God? God's Undertaker is an invaluable contribution to the debate about science's relationship to religion.

Summary
Millions desperate for hope and solutions are enticed by the promise of the prosperity gospel - that God will do whatever they need with just a little faith and a financial gift. All the while, prosperity preachers exploit the poor and the needy to stockpile their riches. What can followers of the true gospel do to combat the deception?
Through a remarkable and fascinating journey, Costi Hinn went from a next-generation prosperity preacher to the first to abandon the family faith and share the true gospel. Nephew of the world-famous televangelist Benny Hinn, Costi had a front-row seat to the inner workings and theology of the prosperity gospel. But as Costi's faith deepened, so did his questions about prosperity teaching. As the deceptions in his past were exposed, Costi came face-to-face with the hypocrisy and devastation caused by his belief system and the overwhelming truth about the real Jesus Christ.
This captivating look into the daily lives of one of the world's leading prosperity dynasties offers a thoughtful perspective on the perils of greed, the power of the true gospel, and hope for the future of the global church. Through real-life stories, Costi challenges and equips listeners to be living lights pointing the way to the true gospel and the saving grace of Christ. God, Greed, and the (Prosperity) Gospel will bolster your faith and encourage your own journey toward the truth.

Christ Honoring Testimony by Costi
If you want to understand what makes the Health & Wealth movement tick, this book will provide an accurate look inside some of the worst offenders. At the same time Costi has been cautious not to lump all Pentecostals and Charismatics together and label them all full blown heretics. He does however not shy away from examining the skewed presuppositions, hermeneutics, and serious lack of theological understanding that is pervasive within Prosperity Preaching churches and parachurch ministries. I believe Costi has rightly communicated that there is a spectrum within the broader movement. This book is straight forward in its examination of the false teaching and hypocrisy of Prosperity Preachers. It is also a clear clairion call to the true gospel of Jesus Christ in all of its majesty, beauty, and glory. The gospel that gives true freedom and prosperity of soul.

This explains why I don’t like church.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Costi Hinn’s story about his experience with the prosperity gospel opened my eyes to what I have felt for many years. I now understand what I thought I believed about the big name televangelists and many local preachers I have encountered during my Christian journey. I’m encouraged to venture back into church but, I am going in with open eyes and an open heart. Thank you Costi. I now think it’s possible for me to enjoy church and the Christian life again.

I totally recommend this book! To pastor, you need to read/listen to this because it will show you want to watch out for in this area. To the people of the church community it will help you see that love and standing for truth will bring our enemies to the truth of the Gospel of Christ! Perfect timing
What a God-send is the sacrificial sharing of this story, and the timing couldn’t be better for us, having recently had our church family torn apart by a split due to the subterfuge of this heresy and it’s affect on our gullible young pastor and his wife. I can take a deep breath. God’s got this, too!
