I strongly recommend this wonderful book

As a therapist, self-improvement author, and educator I strongly recommend this wonderful book to students and clients. Instead of inundating you with opinions of the author, this material takes an introspective approach to self help, that forces you to examine yourself and find ways to improve yourself through the power of self reflection and auto suggestion.

Much of the book encourages introspection

Much of the book encourages introspection, and identifying our own behaviors that contribute to unhappiness or perceived failures in life. I really like how he states that you are responsible for your own emotions and actions. What others do should not have the power to control or negatively effect our lives.

I especially love the first book in the bundle

I listen to a lot of books, but not all of them affect me the way this one has. I especially love the first book in the bundle on goal setting. It’s actually about more than just setting goals. It will give you permission that you might not realize you need to live as YOU want to live. It's your right. It's an easy listen and if you'll get it, you'll be passing it on to everybody you know.

This is one of the great self-motivation audio books i have listened to. It gives a simple, step by step guide to setting your goals and creating a vision for your life, plus eliminating debilitating behaviors and thought habits in your life.

This was a great combination

The first book in this bundle is a goal setting walkthrough guide that helps you figure out what you truly want and make a plan for your life that’s exciting to you. Then the other books in the bundle work on giving you the mindset you need to get there. The affirmations in this bundle bring optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it would bring constructive changes into your life, and makes your life happier, brighter and more successful. With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic, and expect the best to happen.

This book is good

This book is good, but for me the affirmations feel very masculine... Naturally because a man wrote them and read them, and also maybe because there’s a lot about mental toughness and success, but I was still able to get something out of it. At least the man reading them has a nice voice, but for me, I needed to create some affirmations of my own as well.

This gives you affirmations to attract abundance

This is a very easy to listen to, but yet powerful bundle that I strongly recommend. This gives you affirmations to attract abundance, get more focused, be more productive, and develop stronger mental toughness. It also has the section on goal setting as the beginning part, which is also nice.

Highly recommend this

Our outlook on life has a massive impact on not only our happiness, but also our personal and professional success, our health, our relationships and even our life expectancy! Negativity on the other hand is toxic and is the cause of so much pain, worry, wasted time and missed opportunity in so many people’s lives, including mine. It took me a while to forgive myself for the constant negative thoughts I used to struggle with, but I just have to give myself a pat on the back for taking charge now. The benefits of becoming a positive thinker are almost endless. A brighter, more optimistic attitude toward life, a “can do” attitude which can lead to increased success both personally and professionally and a lot lot more...I’ve seen the difference first hand that changing my mindset has made in me.

Good affirmations for low self esteem and feelings of unworthy

1st book for goal setting is totally a waist of time. Unless you need someone to ask you what you want and then give 5 minutes of musical background to think it over and write it down, for each conceivable subject.
2nd and 3rd book are almost identical. Both are just affirmations to get you to think positive about your self, your life and goals. Not to bad to listen to in the background while you go about life, or possibly sleep too.
A lot of the affirmations are geared towards not feeling worthy to have things, being jealous of others success while you feel like a failure.

A positive attitude helps you cope more easily

I recently went through a time where I was very down and negative. One day I decided to change my life by changing my thinking. A positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. This is a great bundle

This book takes you deep into self. At times, it took me so deep that it made me uncomfortable, but I know in the end that was for my good. This is a great bundle that will help you become good if you are not and great if you are good already.

These affirmations work. They really help me relax, and the transitions are done smoothly, so it doesn't abruptly wake you up when it is stops talking, like other mediation recordings do.
