About this listen

A standalone story in the Wall Street Journal best-selling Shadow Beast Shifters world. Best heard after Compelled for storyline continuity.

Samantha, of the Clarity shifters, has a secret. And it’s going to cost her everything.

To save the most important person in her life, Samantha promises to form a mate bond with her pack’s future leader. If she can produce one heir, she’ll finally have her freedom.

During the ceremony, the leader invokes the Shadow Beast’s name, calling the powerful and scary god right into their midst. A god with an even scarier mate. Mera, a shifter Samantha once counted as friend, never lets anything rest. She demands her secrets be revealed, and in doing so, uncovers a way to save them all from this fate.

And it turns out that the Clarity pack leader isn’t Samantha’s greatest challenge.

It’s one of Shadow's brothers: Len, prince of the Silver Lands. The fae, with the knowledge to save the one she cherishes above all others, forces Clarity to tie herself to him and Faerie.

A world that she’s long feared. A world that could steal her heart.

And her soul.

If the prince doesn’t take them first.

This is a standalone in the Shadow Beast world and does not end on a cliffhanger. It is advised to listen to the first five books in the Shadow Beast world first (Rejected, Reclaimed, Reborn, Deserted, Compelled) to get the most enjoyment from the story. Not required though. This is a forgotten-love story, with action, snark, anti-heroes, and steam. It is recommended for listeners 18 and up due to storyline and situations.

Winterstorm ❄️⛈️
Why didn't we get to see the start or middle of their relationship, It just skips straight to the happily pre made family .
There's no flashbacks or any beautiful memories, nothing of any of their firsts, etc.... which could have given me that feel for their love match instead of an Insta-love, which I’m not really a big fan of. i dont hate it, but i want more.

Other than that, i like the story and the plot twists (although I saw it coming from a mile away, i guessed it as soon as It was mentioned that she had gone missing)

The story and the characters were good. I just felt like it was missing a huge part of the love story. But I enjoyed the family unit, and it was nicely rounded up and ended.

Just add in the missing history, and this would have been a 5 star from review from me, but i just have too many questions about how they meet and how they felt in love.

(Jasmine Eve, can we have a mini story of how they meet, pretty please 🙈😍)

Winterstorm ❄️⛈️ The story and the characters were good.

OK so Winterstorm is a thing haha, along with Shadowshine, Desert Angel and Crimson B.

so this story follows Len of Faery and Samantha. I won't lie there was a small section that I could see some elements of snow white and I had to laugh lol.
As with all the others we learn new info about the lives of our friends as another is reborn. It opens up alot of new questions and I'm not gonna lie I can see a whole other series being born from this and I'm gutted that this is the last book. I've really really enjoyed this series and it will be one I will listen to again and again.

it shows the true strength of family, and no matter how broken you feel, as a family there is support and endless love and bonds that even time cannot break. The best part of it tho is it's the family created by friendship and the bonds created. I love every character in this series.

I love this series! All of them are amazing and I totally enjoyed how each one tied into the next but… what happened to the next two brothers? Please where is the next book? It is a great end but I am hoping for more.

Great finish?
