Summary

From the best-selling author of more than 40 terrifying books, Iain Rob Wright.

Ghosts.... The latest viral sensation has arrived. All the kids are doing it. It's called "Summoning the Dead." It's just a silly Latin sacrament someone found online. They call it "Nomon's Ritual." It can't be real, right?

After a spate of gruesome teenage deaths–all seemingly connected to a new online trend–bizarro reporter and perpetual man-child Shane Mogg employs the help of his only friend and fellow journalist, Ed, to help him investigate just what in the "hell" is going on.

Rumours suggest the dead are returning, brought back by careless words and youthful folly. Ripped from Hell or pulled from Heaven, only one thing is certain–they are angry. The dead are always angry.

If you loved the tense, investigative horror of Koji Suzuki's Ring or enjoy the otherwordly scares of the Conjuring Universe, then Iain Rob Wright's Ghosts is a book for you!

Blown Away!

Wow! what a roller coaster of a book. I've enjoyed all the Rob Wright books I've listened to but this one just blew me away. Brilliant! Dealing with the subject of Teenagers doing on line challenges it brings home the dangers of some of these bizzarre actions. Superbly Written it is both horrific and unsettling. Rob's sense of humour does shine through in a few places and I must admit I had to chuckle at parts of the story. I just love this author and can't wait for more. Aubrey Parsons is a fantastic narrator and really goes to town on the narration of this story revealing talents that I as someone who has listened to most of his recordings didn't realise he had. Can't recommend this book enough, definite 10 star listen.
I was kindly given a copy of the book by the narrator and leave this honest review.
