Getting to yes decisions

This is a most useful and clear book in getting customers to say yes in negotiations with customers without any hassles at all. I suggest to both get the book and the audio together. You won't regret it.

Could have only been 15 minutes

The information within is decent information. However it is repeated excessively and could have been summed up in 15 minutes or less. The book only makes about 5 points throughout. They are just continuously repeated.

the little big things..<br />

I call this audiobook the little big things; because in business we take so much for granted and it is the 'little' things, that makes the 'big' difference.. I found this audiobook very useful and have recommended it even before I finished listening... totally enjoyed the information, very practical... I will be more mindful of how I engage anyone, especially in my line of business...
