Summary
The causes of an unfulfilled desire to have children can be varied - hormonal disorders, organic diseases, the woman's age, decreased sperm quality, etc. However, often no medical reasons can be discerned. Stress, anxiety, other mental causes, or the circular thought process that one is "barren", can cause internal blockages that also prevent pregnancy.
"Get Pregnant!" is aimed at biologically healthy women with fertility problems. The program is designed to help affected women to abandon fears and doubts about their own fertility. With special hypnosis techniques Kim Fleckenstein leads the listener into deep physical and mental relaxation. Brilliant for stress relief
This really helped me prepare for getting my body into a healthy state. It really helped me not to smoke or drink which I was amazed by as I did like a drink and worried about how difficult it would be to reduce my unhealthy habits. This is a great replacement for getting in from work and swapping a glass of wine for hypnosis. It also helped me to be focused and positive. I listened to at as instructed.

wish I had listened to this earlier! I'm impressed
so I have been trying for a baby for a few years now, and getting really frustrated 😠 I listened to another fertility hypnosis A. book and hated it. I thought this one would probably be the same. I was wrong! It is my ovulation day and currently lying with my legs up, after relations with my partner. I thought I may as well listen to this hypnosis A. book. for the first few minutes I tried to fight against relaxing, but after that I couldn't help falling into a deep relaxation, almost trance like state. her voice is so relaxing ( I never think that about women's voices but hers really is ) I was able to visualise everything she was saying, including how beautiful my baby will be. I will definitely listen to it again, especially around this time of month lol. and if I get pregnant I am going to shout about this book from the roof tops. 🤣 . either way I loved the content and narration, and left feeling positive and relaxed 😊 p.s good luck ladies and baby dust for everyone 💗 💖 xxxxxx

really believe this worked
I truly believe this helped me get pregnant and I now have a healthy baby. I followed this course with the positive pregnancy course and then hypnobirthing and got the full alll round experience. highly recommend these courses they worked for me x
