really brilliant story line of two young women who meet at a summer job, really brilliant characters all the way through and really great narration with a happy ending as well THANKS FOR THEIR STORY ❤👍👍

4.5 stars. I did enjoy this one. I did find April a little whiney but that could be the way the narrator portrayed her as I tandem read with the audiobook. I still very much liked the story though. Watching Daphne find herself and learn to be herself as beautiful and fun!

Written in Third Person with 2x POV’s. Narrated by Gail Shalan. Book Two in the Clover Lake series. Roommates, Enemies to Lovers, Her Ex’s Ex, Past Religious Trauma, Forced Proximity. 3x Spicy Scenes (but one of the scenes is in kind of three parts 😏).

I loved this story. I thought it was better than the first book in this series. I just connected with the characters more and loved the exes Ex trope. I cannot wait for the next book.
