So many times, we as believers have a tendency to fall into tradition rather than in a real, meaningful relationship with God. Yeah, we dress-up for church on Sunday mornings and clap our hands all the way through the service, and we still walk outside of the church doors cursing our neighbors, turning our backs on those in need, and ignoring things that really matter. We've mastered church on Sundays, but what about being the church from Monday to Saturday.
What if we applied the same teachings that we learn on Sunday mornings to our daily life? What if we as believers in Christ could love our neighbors as ourselves? Forgiveness would become less of a struggle and compassion would actually become sincere. What if we could bear with one another in the arms of mercy and grace? We would be able to look beyond one's fault and love one another unconditionally. My point is this: faith without works is dead. God did not save us to save ourselves. He sent us to be a light to those around. If we take our place as believers, God's grace will abound. Learning of Christ is good, but living like Christ takes real work.

Just a regular woman with an encouraging message
It is wonderful to read a book from a person who has a heart for the lost. So many people in the church, play religion and are busy being religious and they don't have any desire or compulsion to reach out to people. Books like these are needed to spur people on and encourage them to share Jesus with the people that they do life with. I love her simple voice in this book. I love the down-to -earth sharing in this story. She is just a regular woman who has a heart for all Christians to reach out and share their faith. I was touched by this and also listened to it as an audio book. The audio book was very clear and easy to listen to.
I commend it to you
