eye opener

but was very informative of what you need and what you need to start doing before you decide to go on that long long hike how to build up to it what kind of material she's going to need and how to get your stamina up very very good book

Content, ok. Writing not

I think the author means well, and the narrator just read what was written, but it's written really poorly. Also the section on clothes has some errors. She says to wear cotton. Don't wear cotton! And she says that the most important part of shoes or boots is the warrantee, but the most important part is the fit!
