Summary
Once a kidnapped slave baby, George Washington Carver (1864-1943) found freedom in learning everything he could about the world around him. Thought provoking, insightful, brilliant!
This amazing true story will inspire, energize and share timeliness wisdom to the one who will commit deep thought to its content. The narration was outstanding, and took you to the place (I’m sure) the original author had hoped for. Well researched and presented, it made for very interesting reading (listening). I absolutely loved this book!

Fair Content, Mediocre Delivery
The narration improved as the story progressed, the content seemed to be written for a middle school student!

A very influential person.
This book helps the reader become familiar with the depth of George Washington Carver‘s character. There is very little emphasis on his Christian walk. However, his actions and attitude toward others convey a level of humility and selflessness that speaks volumes.
