About this listen

Before joining Banshee in training the young mutants of Generation X at Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, Emma Frost led another group of neophytes, the Hellions, who were slaughtered while under her tutelage. Personally I really love this novel for what it is but the narration on the audiobook is definitely not the most enjoyable.

If you're actually interested in this book, I'd honestly just suggest getting your hands on a second hand copy of the original novel.

I tried this as a big fan of the comics but could only get through about 20 minutes. The narrator clearly does not have an ear for accents but ploughs through anyway. The “Scottish” accent had to be heard to be believed but I’d recommend you just take this stranger’s word for it and don’t subject yourself to it.
