Summary

After learning he has only months to live, Gemini Fowler is granted one shot to cheat death when a billionaire game developer offers to transfer his consciousness into a virtual realm using a technology that could end death as we know it.

The catch: The only current VR with the capability to receive him is the unreleased video game, Enora Online, and Gemini must survive until level 10 or be completely wiped from the servers...and existence.

Welcome to Enora Online, where virtual is reality.

female anatomy

overall it was great. My only real issue was with a reference to female anatomy. Author may want to read up on actual females/what a hymen is.

Excellent Start

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. Good world building, decent characters and an interesting premise.

At times I was worried there would be harem elements but they never happened.

The narration was somewhat inconsistent. The main voice changed now and then.

Poor book, poorer story...

Story started out strong, but devolves into another poor harem book. For some reason the "hero" constantly speaks in hard to understand idioms that leaves other characters confused.

I'm tired of books labeled as Litrpg that are really erotica.

Boring and repeated companion discussion

How many times do we have to hear same discussion with companion, I want my credit back on this whiny MC

Surprisingly good.

Very well performed. The story arch-type is a bit clichr, but still well done. I also like the fact that it hasn't come to a full harem story, but avoids it, at least for this story.

Pleasantly surprised.

I've read so many that start off with this premise that I was worried I wouldn't like it. I ended up enjoying the book. Hopefully, the next in series comes quickly before I forget all about it.

well done!

I enjoyed this. it got me wrapped up in the story, characters, and telling the mc to stop being a moron repeatedly out of mild exasperation. lol. I think I saw it mentioned in another review, so it made me chuckle when I saw it as well, that the author may want to brush up on what a hyman is, but it's a totally inconsequential part of what happens as not to matter. for those concerned with such things, while sex does happen, it is not explicit at all. it is talked about, but things fade to black rather than getting descriptive.

I'm upset this sat on my wish list for so long

I really wish I got into this series earlier. there are certain plot points better stereotypical to this genre however they're only meant to get you started. after that the writer does an excellent job, bringing you in and out of the world to solidify it. really nicely done

I liked it

I thought the first book was very good and narration was excellent. I am worried about some of the reviews for the second book but will continue the story.
