Summary
Kein Literaturkritiker war mehr gefürchtet als Marcel Reich-Ranicki, keiner mehr gehasst, aber auch keiner mehr respektiert. Seine Worte konnten Karrieren aufbauen oder zerstören. Als FAZ-Literaturchef und in der Fernsehsendung "Das literarische Quartett" war er stets streitbar und in seinem Urteil unnachgiebig. Dabei zählte für ihn nur die Literatur selbst.
