Earth can no longer support life. The Moon, Mars, and the asteroids now provide safe havens for the stunned survivors. They find a protector in Major Wade Nelson. A dedicated marine who is willing to take the fight to the enemy.

Marken is a Kivean. He is part of an alien race that helped Major Nelson and the other kidnapped military personnel escape from the Kleese. Because of his actions, his home world is now in jeopardy. Can a daring rescue mission save his people from the vengeful Kleese Empire?

The Kleese. A galaxy spanning empire that sees the Humans as a nuisance that must be eliminated once and for all. They will send their war fleet to annihilate the remaining Humans.

En alakalı
The storyline is really gaining interest now. However, I still have to play it on half speed due to the narrator rushing through the chapters.

The gaps between certain sentences and at the end of chapters are far too long.

Apart from the above, and the repetition of some of the lines, this really is quite a decent series.

Good story let down by narration

The only thing I found wanting with this series is the narration, a story this good needs a narrator as good, Liam Owen would have been perfect.

story is so good apart from the narrator!

It seems we are stuck with this narrator, but I have found that listening to him at half speed makes it far more enjoyable.
Hope this helps others that are also enjoying the story.

A fix for this speed reader.

This series gets better and better. Not so sure about David Rheinstroms narration tho. Read the books previously and if you liked them then these will be enjoyable as well

Continues to improve

story seems good but I couldn't get over the narration. I think the narrator would be great for a single character role, but multiple characters no.
