Okay…so…this one is definitely worth a listen. I have to admit, in the beginning I was a bit lost. There were some confusing jumps that caused a bit of frustration, but stick with it! It was really so good. It is a dark romance lovers must listen. The mix of Jack the Ripper and Dr Jekyll vibes was brilliant. It is a slow burn which added a level of angst that kept me on the edge and I loved that.

This narration was outstanding. If you love a British accent, these two together are fire. And in duet style?!? The perfect casting for this book. It is one that should be listened to for sure.

The narration was brilliant. The story has so many twists. Loved Laines strength and determination to get what she wants. Jaxson and the ripper were fantastic. Had me on the edge of my seat. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed this listen, the narrators did a fantastic job of bringing Jaxon and Laine alive. It was full of tension, angst... great plot, great spice. A little predictable at times, and it did get a little slow around the middle mark, but i thoroughly enjoyed it overall. The last few chapters were so so good.

I listened to this and I think the narrators were spot on. There were a few scenes where you thought omg what are you doing and a few where you thought omg what have you done! But this just added to the mild chaos of the story.

The fact that Laine turned her trauma into a positive (in a serial killer type of way) for her made this a very intriguing listen
