Summary
Anfang der 20er Jahre. Fräulein Else, die 19-jährige Tochter eines Wiener Rechtsanwalts, macht Ferien. Verwandte haben die schöne junge Frau in ein tolles Hotel in den italienischen Alpen mitgenommen. Dort gefällt es ihr und wenn sie die vielen Männer sieht, muss sie natürlich an Liebe denken und... an mehr. Aber dann kommt ein Eilbrief und plötzlich sieht Elses Welt anders aus: Der Vater braucht 30.000 Gulden. Wenn er sie nicht sofort bekommt, sind er und die Familie am Ende.
In Wien will ihm niemand mehr etwas leihen. Aber in Elses Hotel ist doch der alte Herr von Dorsday zu Gast, ein Bekannter der Familie und Freund schöner junger Mädchen. Wie bitte? Ihn soll Else um das Geld bitten? IHN?!!
