As the holiday season approaches. FBI Special Agent in Charge, Jeannie Loomis and her team are investigating a possible robbery of a Bank of America branch in San Francisco by decorated Vietnam War veterans trained as tunnel rats.

Three teams of jihadists arrive in the United States to carry out the deceased al Qaeda leader’s orders. Loomis, racing against time, must decide what events scheduled in the San Francisco Bay Area would meet the criteria of being worthy targets.
