Even better on second reading! Definitely one to keep - if only Audible would make the sequel available.

Sarah Challis writes entertaining and plausible stories which are as enjoyable in the detail and characterisation as the plot. A really good diverting entertainment, much better than chick-lit in quality. This is a fascinating and unusual story which unwinds cleverly.

Engaging well observed story

I wish I'd listened to a sample first. The narrator sounds like she's reading to kindergarten children. Will buy the book as I can tell the text is good.

Dreadful narrator had to stop
