Oh please this is terrible.

Please save yourself some money and just do a google search of the title and read a healthline article. This has to be one of my most pointless purchase all year.

Very informative

I found this book very informative, interesting and easy to listen to. I feel that it provides a good overview of the subject and has definitely encouraged me to research further. It has also taught me some good skills to address my emotional eating. I have recommended this to my sisters as a good introduction on the topic.

Horrible

Hard to listen to. No pauses. No inflection. Sounds like a computer voice reading a script without punctuation. Information is explained poorly or not at all, simply just listed. Save your money!

Very hard to get much out of it. Read very quickly with no pausing or natural inflections. I tried listening at .75 and that helped a bit but not much. Disappointed.
