Very helpful!

I've struggled with keeping focused/attention skills for as long as I can remember. I know I can focus when I need to but it's other times when I wish I could just stay focused and complete the work so it's not there tomorrow!!

The author has given lots of insight into why we lose focus and how we can make the changes to get better at this skill.
I have to say, I found the sleep chapter fascinating..No wonder I can't focus, I am a terrible sleeper. I would be lucky to get 4 or 5 hours per night. definitely going to implement the strategies suggested!
Great book!

Clear, Concise and Actionable

This book is a valuable resource for reminding yourself how to focus.
Sometimes we can get wrapped up in our own head and need clarity and a helping hand to set us back on the right path. This book does just that.
With great advice and easily implemented action points it's a great quick listen and reminder on how to put your best foot forward.
Also, I like how each suggestion and action point is backed up with a reason and rationality that encourages you to want to implement them yourself.
I certainly recommend this book.

No-nonsense and actionable

I was surprised... there's a lot of value packed into this 25mins. Sort of like taking a long self-help book filled with fluff - cutting out all of the nonsense, and just cramming your brain with the stuff that you actually need! Awesome audio for people in managerial roles.

Extremely concise and helpful for my mindset to get my productivity at its best!

Really enjoyed this! So many gems that are summed up straight to the point, I’ve only realised now that I fall into the type that drinks way too much coffee, had no idea that it would have such a detrimental effect on my productivity! Love the whole conversational tone of this and the short stories/metaphors make it very easy to digest. All under half an hour as well so was able to finish it on the way to work !

Perfect for newbie managers

This is an excellent overview of all the necessities any new manager needs to feel more focused, and confident in themselves.
I especially liked the chapters about brain waves, goal formulas, and the truth about sleep!
Also beware of multitasking - when you're just starting out, multitasking can quickly become a trap.
Super useful!
