The Flexible Dieting Cookbook on a recommendation by my neighbor to reduce my blood pressure, after a month not only has my blood pressure dropped OVER 30 points I've lost 15 pounds!! I have found some really delicious recipes that I can't wait to try. I also enjoyed the little extras that the author had about different things. It's really more than my expectation. Overall i m very happy to get this book.

NICE !!!,
Good starting point kind of book. I am very familiar with iifym style of eating but I just wanted to see someone else's perspective. Good info but I was slightly turned off by some writing errors. I was correcting this book as I read... but again, I would recommend this book to someone just starting off with iifym. I hope they revise the book and perhaps expand it because there is a lot more info out there about iifym.

This book offers you information on the best way to eat the foods you like while still gaining the sculpted body you are looking for. This book brings your attention to calories, protein, carbs, and fats. Then the book offers some recipes that look super yummy. I have found this book a great source of information that will be useful no matter what diet I choose to follow.
