Interesting book....

Excellent book. A set of excellent recommendations. For a week already they have been applying and began to feel much easier. Also, there are improvements in my girl. While fully satisfied.

nice book

Being lean and fit was not easy so the book promises flexible dieting, which is better than yo-yo diets. The steps here are reachable. It does not promise a quick result but the gradual good results are better. There are too many myths debunked by this book.
I'd say it is worth reading.

Excellent book......

Five stars? Is that all I can give? Really, this book deserves so much more.The information provided on these pages, as well as the suggestion it gathered, are worth far more than five stars and I would consider this book to be a great bargain at twice the price. I definitely recommend this audiobook to a friend because it is well narrated and simple enough to follow while not compromising quality content.

This book came at the right time for me. I was looking for a different approach how to loose weight and can report that this book provided me with many great ideas and recipes. I can highly recommend it to anybody looking for a great guide on Negative Calorie Diet. Recipes which proves healthy can be also delicious.

Great Flexible Dieting book
