Summary

The benefits of this book include 10 workouts as a special bonus that cover every part of your body and warm-ups necessary for each day!

There are protein-packed recipes to help you look your best. And lessons on how to incorporate food into your everyday life. This book will help you to lose weight by following a workout for three days in a row, then resting. Do completely different muscles every workout and incorporate lots of cardio into your plan.

The recipes included are so simple and quick to follow. All of them take less than 10 minutes to prepare. Perfect for people on the go. Included in this book are breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

When you exercise every day, you have more energy, vigor, and your metabolism will skyrocket!

All of these workouts are geared toward building muscle and take less than 45 minutes, warm-ups and cool-downs included; these workouts that can be done at home with little to no equipment and are perfect for busy people.

This book is designed for everyone at any stage in their fitness journey!

Never has it been easier to learn how to lose weight and build muscle. Do not fall for the fads that tell you can lose 50 pounds in a week if you take a pill or if you drink a specially formulated drink.

Losing weight and getting fit takes work and discipline!

If you follow this book, you will see the difference within a few days. All it takes is eating right and burning more calories than you consume to lose weight. To bulk up, you need to consume protein, get rest, weight train with the addition of a little cardio, and eat more protein.

Remember, fitness is only 20 percent exercise and 80 percent diet. Controlling what you consume is more important than the exercise, so be vigilant and follow this book!

If you dont already have this book, then get it.

This book was an excellent idea and put together in a very promising way. I did not have much hope for it due to receiving a free copy in return for an honest review but I was very pleasently surprised.

No fancy, expensive equipment needed.. I'm in.

This was my first audio workout and even though I'm already a fit person it still kicked my tail. I woke up feeling pretty sore the next morning. This workout may not be very long, but it packs a punch. The recipes at the end are a great bonus. The narration is also well done. I am definitely open to trying audio workout book's now.

Fitness Nutrition

More fitness than nutrition, this book gave a nice overview of workouts that can be used to target specific muscle groups. The recipes at the end did sound good.

I found this to be a useful listen. What would have made it better... an accompanying pdf would be useful to have to refer back to.

decent

This seemed like a good overview of how to improve your health by eating better and working out. The narration is done well, even though the material isn't terribly exciting. For what it is, though, I think it was a worthwhile listen.

Great book for home workouts

This book is much more focused on fitness than it is on nutrition. Each chapter details a workout for a different set of muscles. It’s very easy to access and find the info I need. I plan to work through one chapter each day. The exercises are well described and easy to follow. It does touch on nutrition in the last two chapters. I found the information about complex carbohydrates prior to work out and the need for protein after to be helpful and informative. If you’ve got a little bit of home equipment, I highly recommend this book.

Not very informative

This book kind of sounds like someone reading a workout routine off of bodybuilding.com and throwing some very basic vegan recipes at the end. He’s just spitting out no brained stuff and there’s no depth or explanation behind most of it. He’s not informative enough and doesn’t explain why he suggests these workout plans. Just says here’s a few basic workouts for you and that’s it. Would not recommend this book. Just go online and search chest or leg workouts and you’ll get just as good of a result

Good Information

This book had a lot of exercises that I would agree are good exercises for anyone to do. It also had a lot of good suggestions for what to eat and recipes you can make.
