Bought this book after hearing Emmy talk on a podcast & am so glad i did. So much of what she says resonates - the client stories really highlight the points she talks about and it’s so simple (not easy but simple!) that anyone really can use this guidance to change their life for the better.

So insightful

I absolutely loved this book and really resonated with the author Emmy.

When I say it’s life-changing, that’s a big statement from me! As a self-confessed self-help addict, 10 years into a spiritual enlightenment journey, I have read tonnes of brilliant books and this is one of the best.

This book made me feel understood, comforted and full of hope.

I have a particularly nagging inner-critic and this books speaks to that issue in a compassionate and practical way, that has made a huge difference to my self esteem and confidence already.

I would thoroughly recommend reading or listening to this book (I’ve done both) and I particularly enjoy that Emmy narrated the book herself, making it authentic and relatable.

Life changing read that will make you feel understood and hopeful.
