A great training companion

Would you listen to Mo-Joe: An 18-Week Marathon Training Diary: Episode 1 again? Why?

Looking forward to the weekly episodes to help me with my training for the London Marathon. I know that motivation will be my biggest hurdle and I am so glad that this audible series has come out. George Lamb is a great host for the series and with hints and tips from the legend that is Mo Farah we will surely keep us going all the way to London. Just need to find the videos of Joes exercises now... Great stuff Audible!

I like the idea of the 18 week diary to download once a week. i am a canicross runner and not intending to run a marathon but still loads of relevant and interesting content for me.

Great stuff!

Really enjoying this series. A great accompaniment to marathon training! Light-hearted, great advice from a range of experts- thoroughly entertaining and such a great idea!

Good introduction to training

What made the experience of listening to Mo-Joe: An 18-Week Marathon Training Diary: Episode 1 the most enjoyable?

That Joe in particular admits that he did not enjoy his marathon despite being incredibly fit, that specific training is needed.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Mo-Joe: An 18-Week Marathon Training Diary: Episode 1?

The hesitation that George Lambs father has before confirming he has the will power to succeed. I hope he does too, and does it in the time he hopes for.

Mo Joe

This whole podcast is so disappointing
Got to number 8 and it’s just so dull and boring
Not gonna waste another 5 hours of my life for this rubbish
