Publisher's Summary

Brotherhood is what Bull bleeds and all that he knows. Being the king of the Devil's Dust and surrounded by easy women was his everyday...until having his heart broken rooted him to the bottom of a whiskey bottle. Heartbroken and drowning in lost memories, he's unsure of the direction of his life when the answer - consisting of a terrified Mexican girl - nearly knocks him off his feet. He sees Anahi, and he wants her. But she may come with more baggage than Bull is ready for.

Anahi used to be prim and proper. She used to wear dresses and keep up appearances to impress people she didn't know. I guess you could say she was a f---king lady. But that was when she lived in Mexico with her parents. Before her uncle turned on her. Before the only man she ever loved, her stepbrother, betrayed her. Before she was forced to be a drug mule for the cartel. Evening gowns a lost memory, expensive heels traded for boots, and a nine millimeter in her hand instead of a limited edition purse, Anahi sets aside everything she's ever known, including the fairy-tale stories her mother told her about America. She's angry, determined, and looking for a way out.

"OH MERCY ME.. MORE MC MAYHEM & MAGIC"

And thanks to M.N. Forgy we get another pulse-pounding look into the lives, loves, loyalties and deeds of the Devil's Dust MC where Bull, its President, is still mourning the loss of Babs and things aren't going well for him and for his beloved Club.

Bull is drowning.. drowning in regrets, in misery, in women and booze - he's spiralling downwards and the other members are concerned. But a chance brief encounter with a terrified Mexican girl will change everything - because, in the fleeting moments their bodies touched, Bull felt again. However, their meeting was cut short when she was forcefully ripped from his side and brutally manhandled into a truck.. but Bull had noticed their colors.. they were the same colors worn by the gang who'd killed Babs. Bull wanted revenge, answers, vengeance.. and the mysterious tempting girl. Bull eventually got all that with a whole lot more too - and he left smouldering ashes, dead bodies and destruction in his wake.

Anahi was once pampered Cartel royalty but the untimely death of her parents and a betrayal at aged 18 has left her a lowly prisoner - terrified, alone, angry, bitter and at the mercy of her sadistic Uncle, his Cartel and her stepbrother Alveros. He'd once been her first everything but, day by day over their three year captivity, he's become more distant, more cold, more unhinged and much more dangerous. Escape is Anahi's only mantra now and, after her first bloody failed attempt, she gets a second chance when she's forced into becoming a drug mule and sent to America. However, things don't go well for Anahi and she was soon captured again by enraged Alveros and his men but, for one fleeting moment, she thought she'd been saved - saved by a handsome rugged leather clad biker. When their bodies collided so did their souls - it stole Anahi's breath and gave her faint hope.. but when that rugged biker, and his men, rode into town days later Anahi didn't sigh in relief - because yes their strong connection and attraction was still there.. but his actions were those of a sinner rather than a saviour.

This dual POV biker story was compelling, raw, gritty, brutal and, at times, bloody.. but it was also sweet, passionate, sexy and action-packed too as all the drama and suspense unraveled. The 21 yr old heroine was strong, fierce and deadly - so was her much older alpha bad boy hero and, from the moment they met, these two were destined to become lovers - it was just a case of how and when.. and who needed to be killed to make it happen. Biker brotherhood was alive and well and past much loved characters like Dani, Doc, Shadow and Bobby all played a part. This riveting journey was everything I'd hoped for from the mind and heart of M.N. Forgy who constantly delivers exciting MC stories that transport you to a fictional fantasy world where the men are badboy possessive alpha heroes and their old ladies are strong capable feisty women who won't be bossed around. Bringing them, and the action, to life was skilfully done by two very capable and talented narrators who delivered the punches, the pain, the pulse-pounding action, the platitudes and the pleasures with ease making it a very intense listen.

Worth a credit? Yes.. this series, and its Author, have become an auto download for me.

This was a pretty good book. It had a complete story line, decent lead characters. It wasn't amazing, but it was pretty good. It was worth the credit for me.
