    "Terrible"

I think this must be for teenagers. I loved the Afterlife saga and this was recommended to me when I'd finished that series. I managed to listen for about three hours and had to return the book. The female narrator sounds like a 12 year old boy and has such an annoying voice. I couldn't bear up listen to her any longer. The story is so slow and boring and full of romantic cliches. The characters are stereotypical teens full of angst and exaggerated feelings. I've never disliked a book as much as this.

it's a little hard to get into during the first couple of chapters, but hang in there....trust me, IT'S WORTH IT. Beautiful story of love with fantasy thrown in.

It was different. Didn't get it but kept listening. The other two books available I have no interest in. I would be interested in a continuation of this one. Just to see where it goes.

    "Words, words, words!"

The storyline may have been interesting, but the unnecessary words, phrases, paragraphs , etc. , made this a tedious, annoying read. Tried, but couldn't finish it. A good editor might be able to shape this up to an interesting, fast paced book! The author has good ideas but is just too wordy.

    "Don't miss this treasure!"

A paranormal romance (without spoiling it except it deals with death) It is a 15 hour listen, even though it is long I didn't even notice it just moved so fast with suspense, deeply romantic and engrossing! Narrators bring this story to life. Although would have liked more narration from Matt Lanter. Would I watch it if it was a movie? Most Definitely! A++++++

    "Bored!"
    What disappointed you about Touched?

Way too much inner thought, which felt monotonous and repetitious at times. The female narrator's voice was not animated and emotionless. Couldn't concentrate on the story for thinking of how I would have read that sentence or voiced this line. I might have liked it better had I read the book instead.

What was most disappointing about Elisa S. Amore’s story?

I bought it because I thought the plot was original but the female narrator's voice and the repetitious phrasing turned me off.

Would you be willing to try another one of Emma Galvin and Matt Lanter ’s performances?

Maybe the male narrator but not the female.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Disappointment and boredom.

    Any additional comments?

I got the audible version for $7.49 because I bought the Kindle version but I couldn't even finish listening to the audio.

    "Really though, we get it..."

Im just on chapter 15 and i swear not one thing has really happened. Every single sentence is dramatically descriptive of how they feel about each other. Every. Single. Sentence. Without havimg even spoken a word folks. We get it. Soulmates true love etc etc now to move on to some semblance of a plot.
UPDATE No change... waaay to dramatic for me. Maybe because im an adult though. i mean, love so drastically deep you'll die for the other and no more than 3 words spoken? thats called lust kiddos. I kept thinking and whos going to do the dishes? are they still going to talk that way after the first fight? or he77 after the first normal conversation?
    -small plot away alert-
ok, and you'll know when im talking about, my first thought was dude, she went to the bathroom relax. why was that not theirs?
