Love this series

I decided to listen to this series (and the covenant series before this) from start to finish once again. Like many of JLA’s books/series I love this and can reread them over again. Excellent books and would recommend this author and this series.

Worst choice of male narrator

I don’t understand this choice of inter-changing narrator, not a big fan of the decision. But at least choose someone who doesn’t sound like Count Dracula. I sometimes feel like Seth is actually a Middle Eastern barber. I really hate it, breaks the illusion of the book.

Different narrators

I had just finished the 2 previous books in this series and then in this book there are 2 narrators. I did not like the male voice as it changed voices that I had got used to in the 2 previous books. Confusing. The female reader is brilliant. Story is great tho. Thanks

A Really Good Listen

I enjoyed listening to this book. It was interesting the whole way through. Personally, I preferred the female Narrators voice for Seth, she makes him sound as sexy as he’s supposed to be whereas the male Narrator wasn’t sexy at all, more matter of fact. All in all though a really good story to listen too.

Another sensational book from Jennifer L Armentrou

I loved this story, once again every chapter made you want to read on the the next. It was hard to pause it. The narrators were great although the accents were a little dodgy sometimes. I can't wait for the next book.

I never know what to title these things

This is the 4th series I've read of JLAs and don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed them all. However, all female leads (so far, I still have a lot of her series's to read) are special, bacon-loving, girls with untamable hair.

With this story, it took me a while to get used to the male voice actor... The first few chapters I just thought I was listening to Dracula. I would stick with it though, you get used to it!

Heavenly

I loved this audiobook the accent of he male character Seth was so sexy, it melted my middle! The plot is fabulous although it sometimes feels like it should have a pre-book but it does explain itself later. The romance aspect is slow and steady and totally engrossing! A fab read with strong mythical themes and godly beings.

Enjoyable and interesting

4.5 rating.

First of 4 books in the Titans series following the story of Seth and Josie.

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this. Was a really addictive listen. Every chapter brought something new and interesting.

The narrators were ok, although the accents are a bit OTT at times. Sometimes I thought Seth had an identity crisis with his accent. He would sometimes sound French, sometimes Eastern European and sometimes Italian. Josie’s “male” voice all sounds like Seth, so at times it was difficult to know whether it was Seth or Apollo or someone else speaking. That is just knit picking though.

I dont know if it was the male narrator or the over explanation but after 3 chapters I just couldn't continue
