I downloaded this book eagerly because I love Jojo Moyes. However, unlike any other of her books I have listened to, it really was a struggle to get into it.
But I am so glad I persevered. This is a wonderful, heartwarming story and the narration is absolutely brilliant.
So please don’t give up or be put off by the slow start. It is so worth it to hang on in there.

I’m a huge fan of JoJo Moyes anyway and was not disappointed by this tale of love (in its purest form). Both narrators were tremendous brings different characters to life across two continents; it’s hard to believe there were only two of them!

I’m a huge fan of Jojo Moyes, but this book just did nothing for me! I listened for the first couple of hours, determined to like it, but I’ve now given up. I’m so disappointed, as this is the first time I’ve ever found a book by my favourite author, that I’ve not loved!
