Summary

Stag and the crew of the Varnish are on a mission, responding to a distress signal of a freighter that has been attacked by the Markus Models. Instead of finding the enemy, they discover one sole survivor. Nala's a human, and having suffered at their hands during his time on Earth, there's no species Stag despises more. But when the petite woman confuses him for an android and tries to order him around, Stag decides she'll live - and pay for her slights.

Nala Vestria has lost her freighter, her crew and her father, only to become personal maid to a cyborg. Stag is surly, short-tempered, and completely untrusting of humans...not to mention intense, commanding, and maybe the hottest being Nala has ever seen. When she finds him temporarily at her mercy, Nala isn't sure if she wants to kill him or kiss him. Then again, life is short. She opts for the latter. Nala swiftly becomes a distraction Stag can't afford, especially after he's had a carnal taste of what the woman has to offer. He'll take her back to Garden, his home planet, and be rid of her - as well as the emotions she evokes. But as their journey home becomes harrowing, Nala may prove to be more of an asset than a liability. To both the ship...and the lonely cyborg who commands her.

Great as usual

Laurann Dohner writes a great book. This one was a bit shorter and a little less complicated. She didn't get into the usual issues with having a human brings on Garden. Otherwise, great as usual.

pretty good

The girl (NALA) WAS A BIT WHINNEY BUT THAT'S HOW IT GOES IN SPACE I GUESS. STAG NEVER TELLS WHAT HAPPEN TO HIM FROM THE EARTHER TO NALA SOSHE WOULD UNDERSTAND HIM BIETTER BUT ALLS WELL THAT ENDS WELL.

too short

The story was way too short tbh. Could have had more cozy encounters. Narrator did a good job as always. Her voice brings life to the characters.

3.5 Seducing Stag Stars

I really enjoyed this series, but I think I wanted more from this book. Its good don’t get me wrong but being this far into the series I guess I was hoping for more actions maybe.

Nala was perfect for Stag he needed someone who could stand up to him. Which I liked a lot, and Stag wasn’t easy to like but he grows on you. I very much liked this about both of them.

Loved the narration as always. <3

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

I love ❤️ Lauranne Dohner!

I was looking forward to Stag's story. But was pleasantly pleased to find he got a Captain! She was practical and pretty, smart and vulnerable. The story was short and it surprised that regret wasn't anyGarden Council anxiety.

Entertaining!! Sensual!!

Stag and Nala's story was full of action, hot sex and sensuality. 😍 There is a lot to be said about her Cyborg series, but the most important is that they never disappoint. 😊
Hellion had me laughing so much, I can't wait for his story. 🤣🤣 I think I've chuckle enough I got my husband wondering my sanity intil he realized I was listening to a new book. 🤣
I love Laurann's audio books, found about her a few weeks a go and have fallen in love with her series, there are a few I haven't try yet, but I am working my way to them.
Thanks Laurann, my chores are much more pleasant while listening to your books. 😉

Okay Story

The narration was good. I didn't particularly enjoy this story. The abrupt ending was just unpleasant. They didn't even make it to their journey. I mean Stag has history of not liking earthers so I wanted find out how does the council take that and everyone in his home planet.
