Summary

Omg I just loved this story it had everything i love in a book . I love Audible so much better also I love rugby and I’m half scotch so this was right up my street so thank you . I’ll be getting more books by JT thanks again xxxxx

Fabulous
Another wonderful book by JT. She has an amazing imagination and wit.
I also loved Pippa’s narration- it’s the first time I have come across her but hope to find other narrations if hers soon.

Really enjoyable listen
I’m very glad that the last book in this series wasn’t a fluke, and this one is also really good. The author has really upped their game with this series and I think they must have a great editor and team too. The flow, chemistry between the characters, and story are all spot on and they’ve chosen a great narrator again (on the whole) like with the last book (only reservation is the Scottish accent is a bit off at times which distracted me so knocked off a performance star for that).
The book is like a fantastic Romcom movie, but the benefit of audio is that you’re not relying on the natural chemistry of the actors, and every bit of the chemistry in the writing comes across as intended by the author. Cheesy ending, but as you want in that feel good climax of a romance you’re invested in.
Whatever the author has done to improve their stories with this series they should keep doing as it’s really paying off.

Heart Warming!
This is definitely not like #1 which was laugh out loud funny with its one liners and I was worried about how slow burn it was and for that I am taking off a star.
Having said this, once it got going, it was delightful and left me feeling all warm inside. Cam is a delicious hero and the perfect person to save the ugly duckling.
Now quickly moving onto #3!

It ticked all my boxes - just perfect
Some books just hook you in from the get-go, you know from the outset that you’re going to love it, that it’s got a perfect story with awesome writing. This is that book for me. I put off reading it because, despite all the hype from this series, book 1 didn’t particularly do it for me. However, book 2, Melt for You, pushed all my buttons. Passionate, understanding, hunky, sexy hero. Check. Sweet, shy, socially awkward heroin with a backbone. Check. Wonderful story, excellent writing, funny, sweet, emotional and sexy. Check. I just loved it all. The narration was perfect, brilliant accents and a fantastic ability to switch between characters. Well done Pippa Jayne

Excellent!!!
I really enjoyed this book, I adored Joellen and Cam. They were perfect for each other but I was starting to despair of Joellen realising it! I started getting a bad feeling about Michael about halfway through, he showed glimpses here and there of his true colours! So glad everything worked out in Joellen and Cam’s favour. I loved how he didn’t want to change Joellen and taught her to love herself! He was definitely a keeper! Can’t wait for the next book in this series!
