So disappointed!

I listen to the first three book and fell in love with them. But was so disappointed in the narrator for this book. She had made Jamie sound like a blond bimbo and Alex a stupid moron. Which meant I really didn't enjoy this book as this not how the story had portrayed them. Love the story so will be buy it on kindle from now on.

Terrible narrator!!!

I read the bosses box set and loved it so continued with book 4, the narrator was terrible, it made the book very cringe. It has put me off reading any further books in the series

Awesome

Eeeeeekkkkkkk!!! This series just keeps getting better and better. I absolutely just love Alex and Jamie!

Happiness of Gaining family, heartbreak of losing a friend, relief from finally finding out who's trying to sabotage Alex's company (but not why), and that ending.... I couldn't put it down until I finished it.

Why did we change narrators between books?

The narrator has a whiny voice that that makes the main characters sound like a valley girl. I think I may have to read the rest since her voice is that irritating. Overall the book is good outside of the narrator.

Would rather read it than listen to the performer.

I can't really rate the book or any other books read by this person. Her voice is monotionous like nails down a chalkboard!!

Someone is trying to hurt Alex through his business.

Lots of strange happenings at the company Alex owns. Jaime, Alex, Mark and others try to discover who wants to try a takeover on Alex's business.

Bad Narrator

I rarely complain about the narrator but this one I was not expecting since the first 3.5 books had a totally different. She not only miss pronounced the character Jamie's name as Jimmy she made the book not as good as the first ones.

I would have given this a overall higher stars but the narrator made me not want to.

Great story buy...

Th first 3 books in this series were really great and were read ok... but starting with book 3.5 the narrator was changed and she read the book too fast, which makes following along a little uncomfortable sounds better at .75 but is uncomfortable it's not natural

Worst narrator ever

Any additional comments?

Listened to book 1,2,3,and 3.5. Enjoyed, then narrator switched. Payed for 1thru 8. And so mad I did. It hurt to listen to book 4. And maybe in the future if I'm hurting for a book will I listen to the rest. It was very painful to listen to. So bad that I really don't know if the story was good, could not wait for it to end.
