stunning tear jeerking lifetime story
Disliked the flashbacks they disrupt the flow of the story. The twist at the end of the book came completely out of the blue did not see it coming. Tears flowed but would have liked to see a better HEA for Rose.

if u ever need a good cry
I read this book when it first came out. And it ripped my heart out, stomped it to a million pieces and left it bleeding on the ground. It took me some time to finde it again, to finde me again. I dont think i ever did.
Then i braved myself to listen. It is always more intense to listen. And god dammit Carmen. I love you and your books. But it did it again. even going in prepared. It took me right back to that broken spot again. Nothing is the same after.
So well written, so emotionel, so heartbreaking. But oh so good.

oh what a beautiful story ❤
I think I've been through all the emotions and feels you can get in a book !!
This is a different story than I've read before and without spoilers it's a real rollercoaster of a ride
told in rosesl POV with chapters going from present to past living out the full relationship between her and Harley, you understand the purity of their love for each other.
if your a cryer have your tissues at the ready.

A beautiful, heartwrenching story.
A beautiful, heartwrenching story. Reminder of that life is short and not to waste time. Would have loved to hear more about what happened after the meeting in the end of the book. Loved the narrator ( the male narrator only read one short chapter so I cannot say anything about his performance).

Deep story, made me cry
I had a feeling I knew what was coming, and still cried and cried. I was kinda mad for not finding in the reviews if it had a happy ending, because I usually only go for happy ending stories. So for whoever comes afer me: I would not say it is a very happy ending. No fairytale. Yet it shows life in a way I can accept and dont feel bad after finishing this audiobook. Definitely for adults. Has sex and also there are deep things one has to be mature enough to read.
