Summary

Combined installments 1 & 2 in the Blood & Roses series (Deviant & Fracture)

Deviant. Sloane. I'm not proud of the things I've done. The things I've had to do. The things I've given away. But I'd give it all over again to find her. Even if i die trying, I have to find Alexis.

Zeth. She wants me to help her, but I won't. She wants me to save her sister, but I can't. She wants me to be her hero, but I'm not a good man. I am her damnation.

Fracture. Zeth Mayfair is pretty much the very last thing I need in my life. Yet with every breath I take, he becomes more engrained in every aspect of it. He has a key to my house. He knows where I work. He dumped his strange, mentally traumatized housemate on my doorstep and has driven off into the sunset in search of my missing sister.

I want to forget him. Want to change the locks and blot out his face, scour his very name from my memory. The problem is that I also need him. I need him more than I need air to breathe, and I can't be without him now. He owns me. He torments me. He's fractured me.

Great story!

Fascinating story... Well written and I love the narrators voices! I love stories with substance a point to them not just mindless dribble! So far I am not disappointed!

LOVE this series

What does Stephanie Cannon and Jared Zeus bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Their narration was some of the best I have heard. They really brought the characters and scenes to life. I must say that Jared Zeus is by far the best narrator especially in the emotional and hot sexy scenes.

One of the best stories! One of the best narration!

If you could sum up Deviant & Fracture in three words, what would they be?

Entertaining! Entertaining! Entertaining!

What did you like best about this story?

Perfect balance of suspense, and romance! Between all of 3 books you have almost 34 hours of reading and not one dull moment. There is no repetition, that in some books take 40% of the story. There is just the right amount of sex seeing, where it is very hot, it is not the main point of the story line( my favorite kind).
Stephanie Cannon and Jared Zeus did an amazing job. And it is not an easy task -there are few accents , dialects to portrait, so i would definitely , put them in the same category with one of the best narrators out there.
Some of the medical seeing were too far fetched , in my opinion, but, it is a fiction genre
after all.

Which scene was your favorite?

I like everything about this three books.

Any additional comments?

I believe , that this book worth of attention no less ,but may be even more, then FSOG and Crossfire series ( not that those the best books ever, but most known ones) .

Dark but really good

I've read this series in the past but hearing the narration really brought the story and the characters to life. I had forgotten how much I loved Zeth and Sloane and I can't wait to continue their story.

Yucky

What would have made Deviant & Fracture better?

I hated it at the first chapter,If I was forced into being a whore, as a virgin, or otherwise, and in a dark room with A stranger, I would NOT be excited about this at all

What could Callie Hart have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Probably nothing, I think it's just not for me, as much as I love smutty books, I don't like I'm forced to do this, but hey, it's just my virginity right?

How did the narrator detract from the book?

she sounds like a little girl, who is...you know...whoring.

What character would you cut from Deviant & Fracture?

myself from ever having listened to it
